Roof Cleaning

We use low-pressure, soft roof cleaning—not high-pressure power washing on the roof. The process is gentle on shingles and effective on mold and mildew that cause black stains.

Shingle, tile, and slate roofs can be cleaned safely with non-pressure soft wash methods. Leaves and debris are cleared from the surface and valleys before cleaning.

Note: pressure equipment may be used for gutter and downspout cleaning, which is separate from soft washing the roof surface.

Dark spots, black streaks, and green growth on roofs are common in our climate. A properly applied soft-wash mix helps restore the roof’s appearance and can help keep growth down for an extended period when maintained.
